At least a 24 notification is required for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no call, no show) will be charged 100% of service fee.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness. We will allow up to 30 minutes on a late arrival if so. Anything after 30 minutes will be automatically rescheduled. You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment.
Your physician can best advise you on which treatments are safe. However, the facial treatments are topical and nothing is ingested into your body or bloodstream and receiving your skincare treatments are actually fine. We have clients who come monthly during their pregnancy and receive their facial treatments all the way to term.
